Inside or Outside?

I want to be inside

Inside is cosy and warm and dry

Inside there’s games and books piled high

Inside is my sofa, my bed and my telly,

Inside is a fridge filled with food for my belly

I want to be outside

Outside there’s fresh air and clouds in the sky

Outside there’s rivers and birds flying high

Outside there’s football and bikes and the park

Outside there’s campfires watching stars when it’s dark

Inside there’s bedtime and stories and cuddles

Outside there’s snowballs and jumping in puddles
